RESUME MAILING SERVICE

While there is never a guarantee as to the response you will receive, our targeted resume distribution service (mailing your "paper" resume directly to prospective employers) will often result in a response rate that is four, five or six times higher than you could achieve through your own efforts. Not only does this reduce the amount of time it takes you to find a position, but it also significantly increases your chances of getting both multiple and more substantial salary offers. In order to help you put your credentials in front of the proper decision makers and get you the exposure you require, we offer three targeted resume distribution services.

Program #1 - As resume distributors, our complete mailing program requires that you only supply us with a clean copy of your signature. After working with you to identify your exact search parameters, we laser print your resume and cover letter on a high quality 24# bond paper. Each letter is addressed by name to the key executive-level decision maker of your choice and is computer signed with your personal signature in a medium-blue ink. Your letters and resumes are then folded, hand nested, inserted into matching pre-addressed envelopes, sealed, hand-stamped with first class postage, packaged, and shipped directly to you for mailing at your local post office. Per mailing piece charge is $2.50 plus postage (500 piece minimum).

Program #2 - If you're willing to do the "hand work," this program is for you. We laser print your resume, cover letter and envelope on a high quality 24# bond paper. Each letter and envelope is, of course, addressed by name to the key executive-level decision maker of your choice. However, in this program the printed materials are then shipped directly to you. Upon receipt, you sign your letters, fold and insert your preprinted resumes and letters into the matching pre-addressed envelopes, and apply your own postage. In other words, we supply the mailing list and do all the printing work, and you simply finish the hand work and mail them when you're done. Per mailing piece charge is $1.90 (500 piece minimum).

Program #3 -Working on a tight budget? If you're willing to do all of the work, we can deliver a targeted mailing list that meets your specific criteria. Simply tell us the size, type and geographic location of the companies you wish to contact, and your list (available electronically or on computer disk) is on its way. Prices start at $135.

NOTE: Prices are based on a maximum of three standard 8 1/2" x 11" sheets laser printed one side in black ink (except the signature) per mailing piece. Special charges are applied for unique list or job requirements, non-standard paper or additional postage. Foreign mailings will be charged an additional 5¢ per mailing piece for labor plus the additional postage expense. If your resume and cover letter are not written by us, there is a $50 per page typesetting charge. Client changes to the resume or letter are billed at $95 per hour with a 15-minute minimum. A hard-copy of the mailing list is provided for use in your follow-up campaign and includes the executive's contact name, company name, mailing address and telephone number for each company or organization on your list.
